Andrew has a varied career in manufacturing and operations management. For 15 years Andrew has focussed on delivering operational excellence to manufacturing plants in the UK and supporting initiatives in Europe. Delivering long term change in the form of large scale transformational operational change initiatives for Global partners, to scalable project-based initiatives for performance improvement. Andrew has a people centric approach which enables his knowledge to be passed on to all levels of leadership to sustain long term positive change.
Andrew has a passion for strategic goal setting and change management, backed up with hands on experience in strategy execution and tracking.
Andrew has at his disposal all the operational excellence, ‘Lean techniques’ and tools to implement sustainable change, with a growth mindset for organisations and the development of leaders to sustain the improvements

Working as the Senior Operations Excellence Director at Morgan’s Technical Ceramics GBU, Tariq has released the potential for 16 P&L manufacturing sites by implementing a reporting methodology which walks from the Production floor through tiered levels to the President. Tariq developed and implemented the Morgan Advanced Materials Business System for the GBU.
Tariq enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and volunteers his spare time to his local education authority.
